Base Wedding Package - Up to 75 Guests - $6,950

Includes Full use of farm property, listed amenities plus day of event & facilities coordination

What We Offer:

  • Full Use of Farm Property

    • Full access to Two Meadow Farm’s upper and lower meadows, 10-hour use on the day of the event

    • Suitable for both ceremony and reception

    • Amplified music must end by 10 PM with event ending by 11pm

    • Farm grounds maintained and mowed for events

    • Access for setup two hours the day prior

    • Limited barn access for storage from the day before through the day after

    • Access two hours, up until 11am on the following day for post-event clean-out

Amenities

  • 30’ x 45’ pole tent with lighting

  • Beautiful large Picnic tables, mix of 6’ & 8’ long

  • Fire pit with chairs & wood – lighting of the fire is provided

  • Parking at Green Acres Elementary School for all guests

    • guests will walk a path up the hill to the farm, approximated 1000 ft

  • Limit of 10 cars parked in lower meadow at the farm

  • Café lights along the path from Upper State Street to the farm

  • Food truck parking and electrical access

  • Two portable toilets with a foot-pump hand sink

  • Garbage and recycling bins with bags

    • bagged waste may be left onsite post-event

  • 10’ x 10’ white pop-up tent for bar or other use

  • Sandbox play area with toys for children

  • Four folding tables for bar, gifts, or other use

Insurance

  • Liability insurance carried by the farm

  • All private parties must carry their own event insurance

Please note

  • Linens not included for picnic tables

  • BYO alcohol not permitted - alcohol must be served by licensed vendor

  • Coordination does not include: 

    • Day Of timeline management

      • ie flow from ceremony to dinner etc. 

    • Decor procurement, set-up or breakdown

      • unless booking a floral package

Event & Facility Coordination - Jacqueline Maisonpierre

Coordination includes:

  • All party communication prior to event 

    • 1 Hour planning call up to 6 months prior 

    • 1 Hour planning meeting in person at farm, 1 month prior  

    • Communication as needed week of event 

  • Discussion of farm setup and flow for best experience for all guests 

  • Vendor communication

    • Tent, food truck, photographer, rentals, etc. 

  • Supervision of tent set up and breakdown 

  • Facilities Coordinating on Day of Event 

    • Responsible for proper function of property including parking, electrical, tent, bathrooms etc.
